4″ x 5′ Yellow Heavy Duty Winch Strap with Flat Container Hook

Built specifically for roll-off trucks, this 5′ winch strap includes an oversized flat container hook that attaches securely to roll-off boxes. DOT regulations require roll-off containers to be secured on both sides of the truck rails before transport, and these straps are designed for that exact purpose.

The strap is made from heavy-duty 4″ polyester webbing that slides into the trucks winch for easy adjustment. Its shorter 5′ length keeps excess webbing to a minimum, making it the ideal choice for container securement.

Winch Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): “When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation.”
