The Crosby S-253 Web Sling Shackle is engineered to pair with higher-capacity synthetic slings, offering a squared bow design that enhances load distribution and sling performance. This wider internal profile minimizes wear and allows the sling to achieve 100% of its rated Working Load Limit-making it more efficient than standard anchor shackles or eye hooks by at least 15%.

The non-slip alloy steel construction prevents sling sliding and bunching, helping to maintain sling alignment and consistent tension throughout the lift. This makes it ideal for attaching round or web slings to pad eyes, lifting lugs, or eye bolts in critical overhead lifting applications.

Each shackle includes a screw pin for secure closure and fast rigging. Forged in the USA, its stamped with the Crosby name, PIC code, and WLL for full traceability. The proof load is rated at 2.5 times the working load limit, reinforcing its performance in demanding lifting environments.
