4″ Blackline Heavy Duty Winch Strap with Flat Hook

These 4″ Blackline heavy-duty winch straps are built for maximum strength and durability. Made from industrial-strength polyester webbing with a break strength of 24,000 lbs. and a working load limit of 6,670 lbs., theyre 23.5% stronger than standard 4″ straps. The webbing is designed with superior abrasion resistance, featuring a thicker edge made from concentrated webbing to slow down wear (though edge protection is still recommended).

The 27-foot strap fits standard 4″ winches.

Why Choose Flat Hook End Hardware?

Flat hooks provide a wide contact area that evenly distributes tie down force, making them a reliable option for most loads. Each flat hook includes a built-in defender to help reduce webbing wear and extend strap life. This Blackline flat hook is also 1mm thicker than standard (6mm vs. 5mm), giving it extra strength to tackle tough securement jobs. If your trailer doesnt have a rub rail or space for hook placement is limited, a different end fitting may be a better option.

Winch Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): “When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation.”
