EcoFoil Single Bubble Foil Insulation is designed to improve comfort and reduce moisture issues in moderate-climate structures such as pole barns, metal buildings, basements, crawl spaces, and storage areas. A single layer of polyethylene bubbles creates a built-in air gap that helps limit heat transfer and reduces condensation caused by temperature differences on either side of the material. At approximately 1/8″ thick, it is lightweight, easy to handle, and works well in both new construction and retrofit applications. The white/foil version provides the same thermal benefits as foil/foil but features a clean white finish for a more polished interior appearance.

Radiant Heat Reflection & Vapor Barrier Performance

This insulation reflects radiant energy to help maintain more stable temperatures throughout the year. Choosing a 6′ Roll vs. Standard Roll Sizes

Performance is identical regardless of roll width, but the 6′ x 125′ (750 sq. ft.) roll is often selected for installation efficiency. Its oversized width can reduce labor on larger surfaces, though the roll is priced higher than standard 4′ widths. For many projects, two 500 sq. ft. rolls may provide a more cost-effective solution.
