4″ x 30′ Blackline Heavy Duty Cargo Strap with Chain Extension

These 4″ Blackline heavy-duty cargo straps are built for maximum strength and performance. Made from industrial-strength polyester webbing with a break strength of 24,000 lbs. and a working load limit of 6,670 lbs., they are 23.5% stronger than standard 4″ straps.

The webbing offers superior abrasion resistance, reinforced with a thicker edge made from concentrated webbing to slow wear. (Edge protection is still recommended.) Both the ratchet assembly and chain extension are zinc-plated for added protection against the elements.

The 30-foot strap is designed to fit standard 4″ winches.

Chain extensions combine the strength of Grade 70 transport chain with the flexibility of polyester webbing. They let you secure loads to rub rails or stake pockets without damaging the strap itself. Each 18″ chain extension includes a 4″ D-ring and a clevis grab hook, giving you quick, reliable connections and a more secure hold.

This 4 inch winch strap is tagged with the working load limit to meet CVSA guidelines, FMCSA and DOT regulations, and WSTDA, CHP and North American Cargo Securement standards.

Winch Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): “When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation.”
