13,000 lbs. Ratcheting Chain Binder

Ratchet chain binders are essential in the trucking and transportation industry, used to tension transport chain and keep heavy loads anchored securely to flatbeds and trailers. Built for demanding applications, these binders provide the strength and control needed for safe and reliable cargo transport.

Grade 70 / 80 Ratchet Binder Construction

  • Forged carbon steel body and handle provide superior strength and durability. Forged steel handles greater forces than cast alternatives without breaking, delivering dependable leverage.
  • Slightly larger threads than many competitor models for a more secure, heavy-duty hold.
  • Smooth ratcheting action thanks to a cam-and-pawl design, allowing precise tension control.
  • Forged grab hooks on each end with shallow throats for fast, secure chain connections.
  • Durable, scratch- and heat-resistant powder coating applied at approx. 270F ensures long-lasting protection.

Why Choose a Ratchet Load Binder?

Ratchet binders are safer than lever binders because they store very little kinetic energy in the handle. This greatly reduces the risk of recoil or snapback injuries. They also allow for finer control over tension with incremental adjustments and dont require a handle lock, making them both safer and easier to use.

Ratchet Binder Industry Compliance

This 13,000 lbs. ratchet binder is FMCSA / DOT compliant and meets or exceeds WSTDA T-6 Recommended Standards. The working load limit and traceability code are embossed on the body and handle, while the hooks are marked with grade and size to make inspections fast and stress-free.

Warning: Binders
