Make van or enclosed trailer cargo securement simple with polyester ratchet F-track straps. Their compatibility with F-track makes them incredibly adaptable, as they can anchor anywhere along the rail to suit each load.
These F-track tie down straps are built with high-quality components for long-lasting performance. The industrial-grade webbing is engineered to be heavy-duty and resistant to abrasion, tearing, and cutting, with heat-sealed ends for added durability. Its made with slightly thicker yarn than many competitors, with more picks per inch used to create each strap. The hardware, including the ratchet, is zinc-coated for protection against rust and corrosion.
Straps are color-coded for quick identification: the 12′ is yellow, the 16′ is gray, and the 20′ is blue.
These polyester ratchet straps have F-track hooks on each end, allowing secure attachment to F-track or other tie-down points in your trailer.
These F-track straps use a crank-to-tighten ratcheting mechanism instead of the pull-to-tighten design found in cam straps. This makes it easier to achieve maximum tension, making them ideal for securing large or heavy loads. They also offer a higher working load limit compared to cam strap versions.
For fragile cargo, the cam buckle version of this strap is recommended.
All of US Cargo Control’s ratchet straps are tagged and stenciled with the working load limit to meet FMCSA and DOT regulations, CVSA and WSTDA guidelines, and North American Cargo Securement standards.
Learn more about proper load handling and securement in the WSTDA safety bulletins.
According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): “When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation.”
