7×19 Aircraft Cable Configuration

This aircraft cable is manufactured from Type 304 stainless steel. Type 304 provides excellent corrosion resistance while maintaining strong mechanical properties, making it one of the most widely used stainless steel cable materials available.

The class of this cable is 7×19. In aircraft cable construction, these numbers represent the total number of strands, including the core strand, and an approximation of the number of wires within each strand. A 7×19 construction consists of seven strands, each containing approximately 15-26 individual wires, resulting in a highly flexible and fatigue-resistant cable.
