4″ x 11″ Yellow Heavy Duty Tie Down Strap with Double J-Hook

Replace the fixed end of your ratchet strap without needing to buy a full assembly with this heavy-duty 4″ x 11″ replacement strap. Made from durable yellow polyester webbing, it features a wire hook on one end and a ratchet on the other. Both the wire hook and ratchet assembly are zinc-plated to provide lasting protection against corrosion and the elements.

HD Replacement Strap Features

The webbing is constructed with slightly thicker yarn and more picks per inch than many competitors. Each strap end is heat-sealed to prevent fraying. These details increase resistance to abrasion, tearing, and cutting, ensuring your replacement straps hold up longer under demanding conditions.

Why Choose Wire Hook End Hardware?

Wire hooksalso known as double J-hooksare stronger and more durable than standard S-hooks. Their slim profile makes them an excellent choice for applications where anchor point space is limited or connections are harder to reach. They attach easily to D-rings and other narrow anchor points, making them a versatile option for heavy-duty cargo securement.

Compliant with Industry Standards

All of US Cargo Control’s ratchet straps are tagged and stenciled with the working load limit to meet FMCSA and DOT regulations, CVSA and WSTDA guidelines, and North American Cargo Securement standards.

Learn more about proper load handling and securement in the WSTDA safety bulletins.

Ratchet Use Guidelines

According to the WSTDA (section 4.6.8): “When using web tie downs with a winch or ratchet, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 wraps of webbing shall be wound on the winch or ratchet mandrel. Excessive wraps of webbing on the mandrel may reduce the working load limit (WLL) of the web tie down and may interfere with proper operation.”
