96″ Angled L-Track | Aluminum

Angled L-track is purpose-built for tying down snowmobiles, construction equipment, lawn equipment, and more inside a pickup bed, toy hauler, or enclosed trailer.

Its sloped edges make it noticeably easier to roll motorcycles, ATVs, utility carts, and other wheeled loads across, compared to standard L-track.

Machined from lightweight 6061-T6 aluminum for solid corrosion resistance, it offers anchor points along its entire length, so you can place your tie-down exactly where the load needs it.

Mounting Angled L-Track

This track ships pre-drilled and works with our fastener pack (sold separately) or with 1/4″, 6mm, or #12 fasteners.

Bolting with a nut, washer, and a bit of thread-locker gives the most secure hold. Wood screws or self-drilling screws work as well, just with less holding strength.

Angled Track Highlights

• Accessory Options: Pair it with fittings (single or double stud) and straps to build out a complete tie-down system. Straps attach directly to the track, and the fittings work with standard S-hook straps. We can even build a custom cargo net to match your L-track fittings.
• End Cap Compatible: Finish the job with angled L-track end caps to remove sharp edges and cut down on trip hazards.
• 4″ Hole Spacing: Pre-drilled the full length of the track.
• Unpainted Finish: The unpainted aluminum finish has a clean look and takes well to a custom paint job at the auto body shop.
• Cut or Drill to Fit: Trim it with a hacksaw or a carbide-tipped chop saw blade, or add holes with a carbide-tipped countersink bit.

Load Rating Considerations

Because so many variables affect an L-track installation – the fastener choice, the mounting surface, and more – we don’t publish a single working load limit for this track. It’s built to match the strength of the straps and fittings we offer for use with it, but proper installation is what determines the actual strength achieved.

Check with your trailer manufacturer on the best mounting approach, and reference WSTDA T-5 section 3.4 for further guidance.
