Bolthold EPX2 Anchoring Grout is a premium, non-shrink epoxy formulated specifically for anchoring in asphalt. Engineered to create a strong, lasting bond between metal anchors and asphalt pavement, EPX2 delivers reliable performance where concrete-based grouts cannot. When paired with Bolthold asphalt anchors, it provides exceptional load-holding capacity, rapid curing, and long-term stability – ideal for both light-duty and heavy-duty applications in challenging outdoor environments.

Applications

• Installing Bolthold anchors such as SP10, SP12, and SP18

Installation

1. Drill the anchor hole according to the specified dimensions and remove all loose debris.
2. Combine both components of EPX2 in the included tub and mix thoroughly.
3. Pour the mixed grout into the hole and place the anchor while the material remains fluid.
4. Allow approximately 15 minutes of curing at room temperature before applying load or installing hardware.
