For your heaviest synthetic sling applications, the Crosby S-253 35 Ton Web Sling Shackle delivers unmatched load control and connection strength. Its squared bow is engineered to provide a wide, stable contact surface that evenly distributes tension across the sling, eliminating bunching and allowing the sling to maintain 100% of its Working Load Limit.

This design increases sling efficiency by at least 15% over traditional anchor shackles or eye hooks, making it the superior choice for connecting large web and round slings to lifting lugs, pad eyes, or eye bolts.

Each shackle is forged in the USA from high-strength alloy steel, finished with a non-slip surface, and secured with a heavy-duty screw pin closure. Stamped with the Crosby brand, working load limit, and PIC code, it also meets a proof load of 2.5 times its rated capacity for added assurance in high-stakes lifts.
