EcoFoil Double Bubble Foil Insulation is designed to improve comfort and moisture control in pole barns, metal buildings, basement walls, crawl spaces, and storage areasespecially in moderate and colder regions. The dual-layer bubble core creates a built-in thermal break that reduces heat transfer and helps prevent condensation and frost in areas with large temperature swings. At roughly 1/4″ thick, this lightweight insulation installs quickly with basic tools and offers dependable long-term performance.

Radiant Barrier & Vapor Protection for Buildings

This insulation reflects up to 94% of radiant heat, keeping spaces warmer in winter and limiting heat gain during summer. When seams are fully taped, the material also functions as a continuous vapor barrier, blocking moisture and particulates that can lead to mold or structural damage. The combination of radiant reflection and moisture resistance makes it a reliable upgrade for metal structures and utility spaces.

Double Bubble Insulation for Pole Barns & Metal Structures

Double bubble insulation works differently than fiberglass or spray foamrather than absorbing heat, it reflects radiant energy back to its source. Pairing radiant barrier insulation with traditional materials can improve overall thermal performance by reducing radiant transfer while still allowing the bulk insulation to handle conduction. This dual approach helps keep buildings more consistent in temperature throughout the year.
