EPS 70 is an Expanded Polystyrene Board recommended for use in various domestic and industrial floor applications to help contractors meet current building regulations. It is the perfect choice as per U-value requirements for use under floor (to reduce downward heat loss), between floors, walling and roofing applications to provide a constant and lifelong insulation in any type of building.

Expanded Polystyrene Board 70 is used mainly as a concrete slab, as a walkway in addition to a chipboard. Well known for its exceptionally high insulation qualities whilst remaining affordable at 20% less cost, EPS saves on both material and labour. It is excellent for application as a structural base infill, for instance in road, railway, and bridge infrastructures.

These EPS70 insulation boards are straightforward to install and are available in an extensive range of grades and sizes to suit your requirements, as well as multiple thicknesses ranging from 25mm to 100mm. EPS is water-proof assurning that any moisture contact will not damage the product or its performance. It is inert, non toxic, made to ensure fungi and bacteria cannot develop on EPS.

Storage

Despite its lightweight, EPS constitutes outstanding compressive strength and block rigidity. It is easy to carry and keep on site because it is resilient, resistant to bacteria, rodents and water. It is easy to cut and mould to match design requirements without specialist tools and hence, breathing masks, goggles and protective gloves arent necessary with EPS for on-site preparation.
